Site Development for Warehouse and Parking Areas

This site was former home to the Review and Herald Publishing Association and is now home to a 1 million plus square foot warehouse along with large parking areas for trucks and trailers. We completed the contracted site work which consisted of clearing, mass grading, rock excavation, retaining walls, site utilities, asphalt paving and storm water management.

This site development project also included some nearby offsite work which upgraded the nearby cross streets to better accommodate traffic for truckers.
