Most businesses think service is the most important thing, but without great leadership and a team who deliver results at a high level, even the best service won’t make a company successful.
Committed to Safety & Family
C.J. Miller LLC is committed to protecting the health and safety of our team members by creating an environment where zero injuries is not just a goal, but an expectation. We promote safety as a core value by encouraging employees, throughout our organization, to report safety events of all risk profiles.
Our Safety Team works with our employees on injury prevention, assessment, and treatment of work-related injuries, as well as rehabilitation when injuries do occur.
The most valuable resource we have here at C.J. Miller LLC is our employees. We employ people from diverse backgrounds, all with different ideas and life experiences. Our team is our FAMILY.

Family-Oriented Events
In business for over 60 years, C.J. Miller LLC is a company with a strong focus on “doing good work.” We are a growing company, but one where we treat our employees like family. Each year, we hold an annual company picnic where we gather with our employees, families, and friends to enjoy some good food and fun games. This tradition has been an event we all look forward to for many years.

Fleet Management
Fleet management is vital to company performance and C.J. Miller LLC holds true to this principle. Each piece of Miller equipment is monitored in a computerized preventative maintenance and work order tracking system. The ability to adjust maintenance schedules based on hours of usage, gallons of fuel consumed, mileage, and most importantly, historical data, allows the Company to change equipment itineraries appropriately for maximum performance.
When our preventive maintenance practices are combined with fuel efficiency data, technological innovation, productivity utilization, and depreciation costs, C.J. Miller can confidently decide when a piece of equipment is ready for its next big job, ready to be re-built or ready to be retired.
The immense cost associated with purchasing, operating, and maintaining an equipment fleet warrants excellence in fleet management, and the C.J. Miller team works overtime to meet that demand.
