Community Involvement
Charles “Buck” Miller, Jr., the founder of the company, was widely recognized as a “great man with a big heart” who consistently gave back to the community. Today, C.J. Miller LLC proudly carries on that legacy.
Helping others is one of the most fulfilling ways to find satisfaction in life. Community involvement provides countless opportunities for our employees to use their diverse talents to support those in need. This commitment to giving back is a core value of C.J. Miller and reflects who we are as a company.
C.J. Miller LLC has a proud history of working with our community. Several of our annual events are during the holiday season. We sponsor families in the community and purchase gifts for the holidays. We also have a canned food drive for Hampstead’s Free Little Pantry. C.J. Miller holds holiday fundraisers each year for the Boys and Girls Club of Westminster. Our employees enjoy being able to support the local community that many of us not only work in but live in as well.
We attend multiple “Touch A Truck” events throughout the year to give families an opportunity to get up close and personal with some of our commercial vehicles. We have as much fun interacting with the children as they do learning about our big trucks!!
