Paving Equipment Operators
C.J. Miller LLC, a full-service site contractor based in Carroll County, is seeking experienced paving equipment operators. We are currently seeking Asphalt Roller operators, Roller operators, Milling Machine operators, Material Transfer drivers, and Tack/Water truck drivers (CDL Required).

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Prior experience operating equipment on a paving crew
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Shows up on time and is respectful to the rest of the crew
- Able to take direction well and work independently or as a team
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Ability to work day or night shifts as needed
- Must take pride in performing quality work
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to handle the physical requirements of the job such as being able to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- Cannot be under the influence of any prescription medication that would limit or reduce the ability to drive or operate in or around a commercial vehicle safely.
Salary Range:
$18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
