Creekside Hamptons East (New Market, MD)

The Creekside Hamptons East development in New Market, Maryland is a largescale residential project featuring both townhomes and singlefamily homes. CJ Miller is responsible for significant site development across the 72acre property, including full clearing operations and more than 800,000 cubic yards of mass grading.

As part of early infrastructure work, the team installed a singlespan Contech bridge and constructed approximately 3,800 linear feet of sewer outfall. Current efforts focus on roadway and entrance improvements along Gas House Pike, including the installation of a new traffic circle designed to enhance intersection safety and traffic flow.

Upcoming work for Phase 1 includes fine grading of all community roadways, installation of over 12,000 linear feet of curb, and placement of more than 12,000 tons of paving to support the neighborhood’s buildout.
